CL FIRES solicits community groups in the Crystal Lakes area to provide financial support by offering grants. We are able to offer three (3) grants up to $500 each, per year. This includes, but is not limited to, seminars, speakers, material or equipment within the scope of our mission.
Our mission is to award grants to the Crystal Lakes Volunteer Fire Department, neighboring fire departments and community groups for the purpose of supporting community emergency services and encouraging education for fire prevention and personal safety. CL FIRES raises grant funds through memberships and the Family Fun Day Silent Auction.
