CL FIRES Community Grants Program

CL FIRES proudly supports local fire and safety initiatives by offering annual community grants to organizations in the Crystal Lakes area. Each year, we award up to three grants of $1,000 to help fund projects that align with our mission.

Eligible requests may include seminars, guest speakers, training materials, or equipment that promote fire prevention, personal safety, or community emergency readiness.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance to the Crystal Lakes Volunteer Fire Department, neighboring fire departments, and community groups dedicated to improving emergency services and fire safety education.

Funds for this program are raised through memberships and the Family Fun Day Silent Auction — made possible by the generosity of our community.

Grant Deadline
Applications for 2026 funding must be received by June 22, 2026.
Applications received after this date will be considered for the 2027 grant cycle.

Grant Request Application

Your completed application must be submitted to CL FIRES at least 90 days prior to the funds needed by date. All applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, so early submission of your application is recommended.
